WHAT YOU’RE APPLYING FOR
We’re looking for a Project Manager at heart to join our Program Management Team.
You’ll be responsible for supporting a broad range of biopharmaceutical development programs, all at the forefront of today’s drug development. You’ll play a pivotal role in moving the program forward to achieve ambitious program goals.
IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL
Plan biopharmaceutical development projects using state-of-the-art project management techniques and tailor the plans with input from the project team
Execute the project plan, keep the project on track, and report the status
Be a champion for project management best practices in development projects and organizations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
PhD or Master’s degree in a biological or life science related field
2+ years experience in pharma and biotech industry
Training and certification in project management is a plus
Superior analytical and organizational skills for complex problems or processes
Excellent communication and intercultural skills
Comfortable working independently
Written and spoken fluency in English
